Custom church apps & software development
Built by a pastor who spent six years on staff at First Love Church as it grew from 3,000 to 10,000 members. We know what breaks on Sunday morning, because we were the ones fixing it.

Every growing church hits the same wall: losing sight of your people.
If your church is growing, you know the feeling. Here's how it usually goes.
Attendance lives on paper lists and WhatsApp threads.
Every service and cell meeting produces numbers. They get collected by hand, if they get collected at all, and by Tuesday they're buried in a notebook or a group chat.
You've thrown volunteers at it.
More ushers, more admins, more spreadsheets. Every faithful volunteer buys a little capacity, and the picture of the whole church stays as blurry as it was.
Off-the-shelf church software didn't fit.
You've tried a ChMS. It assumed a church structured like someone else's, half the features went unused, and the work your ministry actually does still happened outside it.
So people quietly fall through the cracks.
A member misses three Sundays and nobody notices until they're gone. Not because anyone stopped caring, but because no one could see it happening.
This is the problem we build church software for. The bar never moves: the system has to fit the way your ministry actually runs, and no one gets to stay invisible.
Custom church software we've built
These aren't pilot projects. They're production systems used by real churches, with real numbers to show for it.
DAG Sermon App
Bishop Dag Heward-Mills had preached for decades, and the recordings existed: over 10,000 audio files, largely unclassified and hard for anyone to reach. We turned that archive into a clean, searchable sermon library app with recommendations, playlists, and offline downloads, live on both the App Store and Google Play.

Cell Group & Attendance Management
With hundreds of cell groups meeting midweek and thousands in Sunday services, First Love Church had no single view of what was happening. We built a custom church attendance tracking and cell group management system, on a Neo4j graph database, that follows attendance and giving across every cell, every week, as the church grew from 3,000 to 10,000 members.

System integrations
Already using a ChMS like Shelby, or an external giving platform? We connect them so your data flows on its own. No more copy-pasting, and no more losing people in the gaps between tools.
Built by a pastor, trusted by the church.
JD grew up in church. His father is a megachurch pastor. From childhood he served on volunteer teams and saw firsthand what it takes to keep a church community connected and cared for.
That background led him into full-time ministry at First Love Church, one of the largest megachurches in Ghana. Over six years he ran data, systems, and administration as the church grew from 3,000 to 10,000 members, with events drawing 30,000 and 50,000 attendees.
He built the systems that made it possible: member tracking, cell group management, and leadership reporting across the entire church at scale.
Now he brings that same inside-the-church perspective to every project the Codefoundry builds for ministry clients.

Why churches work with us
We speak your language
No tech jargon. We know the difference between a cell group and a department, a Sunday service and a midweek. We've been in those rooms.
We've done this at scale
We've run systems for a church of 10,000 members with events drawing 50,000 attendees. We know what breaks on Sunday morning, and we build to prevent it.
We build and we stay
We don't disappear after launch. We stay: fixing issues, adding features, growing alongside your church. You're not a project. You're a partnership.
